Hormone Health, Through Every Chapter
Whether you’re navigating perimenopause or menopause, struggling with unpredictable periods, or preparing for pregnancy, you want answers and care that takes the whole picture into account.
I specialize in hormone health, combining decades of clinical experience and lab interpretation expertise with a thoughtful look at your symptoms, health history, and goals. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s happening and create a personalized plan to help you feel better—with support along the way.
Answers that make sense. A partner who sees the whole you.
WORKing WITH ME
You want to feel like yourself again.
Your sleep has changed. Your energy or mood feels unfamiliar. What used to work for your body doesn’t seem to work anymore—and you want answers that make sense.
Maybe you’ve been told everything looks normal, even though you know something has changed. You’re tired of explaining how you feel without getting a clear path forward.
You deserve to have your concerns taken seriously, understand your options, and have a partner through the process.
Start with what matters to you
Our first visit is an hour devoted to understanding what you’re experiencing and what you want to change. We’ll explore your symptoms, health history, and daily life, review existing labs, and decide whether additional testing would help.
Bring your questions, your frustrations, and the things you haven’t quite found words for yet. You don’t need to have it all figured out.
Make sense of your symptoms—and your labs
You want to understand why you feel this way—not just whether your results fall within a reference range.
Perhaps you have lab reports that no one has fully explained, or you’re wondering which tests would actually help. Lab interpretation is a central part of my practice and a reason many patients seek me out.
As a former physician consultant for hormone testing laboratories, I’ve consulted on thousands of clinical hormone cases. I bring that experience to your care, interpreting hormone patterns alongside thyroid function, nutrient status, metabolic health, and your symptoms.
Together, we’ll connect the dots and translate the findings into clear next steps. If your labs look normal and you still feel unwell, we’ll keep exploring. Additional testing will have a purpose: helping us make informed decisions about your care
Find a path that works for you
You want relief and a plan you can realistically follow.
Together, we’ll choose clear priorities based on your needs and preferences. Your care may include hormone therapy, other prescriptions, nutrition, herbal medicine, targeted supplements, and support for sleep, movement, and your nervous system.
You’ll understand what I’m recommending and why, with space to ask questions and make informed choices. If you need help communicating your concerns and goals with your other providers, we can work on that, too.
Have support beyond the first visit
You don’t want to leave with a list of recommendations and wonder what happens next.
Most new patients begin with my three-visit package: an initial consultation, a lab review, and a follow-up to see how you’re responding and adjust your plan. From there, we’ll decide what ongoing support makes sense for you.
And if this stage of life is bringing bigger questions about your priorities or sense of self, there’s room for those conversations here.

SPECIALTIES
MENSTRUAL IRREGULARITIES | FERTILITY | PERIMENOPAUSE / MENOPAUSE | HORMONE REPAIR
MENSTRUAL IRREGULARITIES
Periods. For some, they are an easy monthly reminder of fertility, and for others, they are unpredictable or riddled with difficulties such as pain, PMS, or heavy bleeding. To those of you in this latter category, I'm here to tell you that it is possible to have easier, more predictable periods! Let's talk!
FERTILITY
A naturopathic approach to fertility includes what I call “broadening the beam”. Like your conventional healthcare providers, I want to make sure that the ovaries and uterus are healthy, but I also want to “broaden the beam” and look at the rest of the body as well. No organ lives in a vacuum. The health of one organ (in this case the ovaries and uterus) is affected by the health of the rest of the body.
Naturopathic fertility care can be effective for natural conception or in combination with acupuncture or assisted reproductive technologies such as IVF and intrauterine insemination.
PERIMENOPAUSE / MENOPAUSE
It can start in the 30’s: changes in sleep patterns, worsening PMS, period changes, difficulty with weight maintenance. It’s the start of perimenopause. Women can live with the symptoms of hormone decline for 10 years or more as they approach menopause. Luckily, I’ve got you covered. Naturopathic approaches to menopause can not only ease the symptoms but help you feel your fully vital self.
HORMONE REPAIR
Hormones are chemical messengers found throughout the body. They affect energy, memory, weight, menstrual cycles, libido, fertility and more. Balancing hormones, can veritably improve your life.
